Plot: Close up on Gideon’s (Lance Reddick) face, he says that he has retrieved the killer of Controller Antony, and has wiped the mind of Detective Janus. He says that he needs the ‘cleaners’ to come and move David Janus from his location. He adds that he will be returning to base after Janus is moved and wishes for a cell to be free for Calvin Minos (David Dastmalchian). He presses his ear and the conversation is over.
Gideon looks to the ground at David Janus who is unconscious due to the mind wipe. As he does this Calvin Minos wakes from his unconscious state. He looks to Gideon and attempts to attack him, however the cleaners arrive and subdue him with some sort of chemicals knocking him out again. Gideon greets them and tasks them with their job, they must take Janus back to his house and into his room. Cleaner Frederick (Hector Elizondo) speaks up and says they know of their job they have been doing it for a very long time. Gideon says that’s all well and good but Janus is a different case, he says it’s the first case that the mind wiping did not work. He tells the cleaners to make sure the mind wipe worked this time. When they take him home, watch him for a while. Frederick looks at Cleaner Farah (Mena Massoud) and nods. They grab Janus and the three of them disappear. Gideon looks to Minos and grabs him, they disappear.
Gideon and Minos reappear in a white building, other men and women in gray suits walk through the corridors. Gideon is met straight away by Controller Abraham (Jonathon Majors), he tells Gideon that Director Vincent (Graham McTavish) is waiting for him with a huge task. Gideon hands Minos over to Abraham and walks through the halls to Vincent’s office.
Gideon knocks on the door and enters, Vincent sees Gideon and smiles, he says that he noticed Gideon corrected his mistake in wiping the detectives mind. Gideon nods and apologises. Vincent shakes his head and tells him not to worry, he has a brand new case for him. Vincent informs Gideon that Controller Wilson (Jackie Earle Haley) has gone rogue and needs capturing. Vincent plays a video for Gideon. In the year 2030, the president of the United States, Billy Evergreen (Ty Burrell), is speaking at a conference, suddenly he is shot in the head and assassinated, the assassin’s face is shown from another angle and is revealed to be Wilson. Gideon accepts the task and walks out of the room, Vincent calls out to him and tells him to be careful as the year 2030 is a dangerous place.
Meanwhile Abraham is escorting Minos to his cell. He walks past other controllers with other people much the same as himself. They reach the cell and Abraham throws Minos in. Abraham sits on a seat in the cell, and the lights go out. Abraham begins explaining to Minos that he is what they call an anomaly. His mind cannot be wiped properly, he will always remember fragments of the goings on at CONTROL. Abraham adds that the aging process has stopped now they are in CONTROL HQ, he states that they exist in between space and time. Minos looks up at Abraham with crazed eyes, he says that he will kill him and every last one of the grey freaks. Abraham stands up and tells Minos to enjoy his testings. Scientists are in the next room and they begin playing operatic music into Minos’ cell.
Frederick and Farah have finished watching Janus and have seen no evidence that he remembers. They disappear wanting to go to CONTROL, however they reappear somewhere different, somewhere unwanted. Controller Wilson walks out from the shadows. “Farah, Frederick, I need your help.”
Gideon walks up to a door titled, ‘The Architects’. He knocks on the door and a scanner pops up, he places his finger on the scanner it confirms him as Controller 2789. The door opens and he is transported to the ‘architects’. He talks with Veronica (Natasha McElhone), lead architect. She asks what she can do for him, he explains that he will be going to 2030 and needs the layout of Washington, where the assassination will take place. Veronica says that Washington in 2030 is extremely different than the one in 2020. The city is in ruins. Veronica shows some shots of Washington, there is rubble everywhere, the only building fully fit is the white house. Gideon is intrigued and thanks the architect. He has a job to do.
Gideon is transported back to CONTROL HQ where he meets up with Abraham, Abraham tells him that Minos is in his cell and the tests have started. Gideon offers for Abraham to help him with his task. Abraham says that it is a huge honor and accepts without even knowing what it is they will be doing. Gideon says however that they will need at least one more person, they both look at each other and say, “Jean”.
Controller Jean (Chloe Sevigny), the most badass of all controllers sits in her quarters. Abraham and Gideon arrive and knock on her door, she tells them to F*** off. She doesn’t want visitors. Gideon says that he has a task and he says that it’s to track down controller Wilson. The door swings open and Jean lets them in.
Gideon explains where Wilson is and Jean says she never liked him, she thought he was always ready to turn. She does however lament her frustrations when they realize when exactly they will be going to. She says that she once had a task in 2030 and barely made it out alive after completing it. Gideon says it will be different this time as all three of them will be ready. Jean, Abraham and Gideon all look at each other and let out a sly smile. Gideon says they should all get ready to go they will head to 2030 soon.
As the three of them are about to depart, Vincent sees them one last time, he hands a small trinquet to Gideon, Gideon unsure of what it is asks, but Vincent says when the time comes he will know when to use it.
All three of them link arms as to not be separated, they disappear.
All three of them reappear again, they all look around and hear riots and gunshots. Abraham remarks that they are here. Gideon confirms it look at a watch on his arm. A big crowd of citizens come around the corner, with weapons in hand. Gideon, Jean and Abraham scurry away and hide in some of the ruins. Another crowd comes from the other direction. The camera goes to an overhead shot showing the two mobs colliding and fighting for an unknown reason.

Plot: Gideon (Lance Reddick), Jean (Chloe Sevigny) and Abraham (Jonathan Majors) link arms quickly while in the rubble, they disappear and then reappear again. This time the three of them appear in the White House.
The three of them look around as the White House is boarded up. All windows and doors are forcibly closed and locked, with tripwires behind all of them, there seems to be no way in nor out. President Billy Evergreen (Ty Burrell) comes around the corner seemingly carefree. He stops in his track when he sees Gideon, Abraham and Jean. He begins yelling for security but Jean quickly covers his mouth. They all scurry to a nearby room, and sit the president down. Gideon acts quickly and wipes his memory of ever seeing the three of them. They then go to a nearby room to regroup and see how they will go about things in 2030. Jean says that all they need to do is find Wilson and leave. Abraham and Gideon agree but, the noise of gunshots and riots get louder as they seem to get closer. Gideon tells them that this mission may be harder then they initially thought. He tells the two of them that he feels the need to speak with the Strategists. He presses a few buttons on his watch and immediately disappears.
Controller Wilson (Jackie Earle Haley), is in an underground bunker with, Frederick (Hector Elizondo) and Farah (Mena Massoud). Frederick asks for the explanation of where they are, and why Wilson brought them here. Wilson explains that he has a plan to overcome the power that is CONTROL. Frederick immediately is taken aback by the statement and tries to get Wilson to shut up, Farah however is intrigued. He never really felt like he was welcomed. Wilson begins speaking some more, he asks the two cleaners if they ever wanted to be more than that, if they ever wanted to be controllers. Wilson says that he sees it in Farah especially, he sees that he can be one of the best controllers in history. Frederick tries to get Farah to stop listening he says that Wilson is trying to manipulate him. Wilson laughs that off and continues trying to persuade them to join his cause. He begins walking closer to Frederick. Frederick tells him that he won’t get away with what he has planned. He tries to teleport away but he doesn’t move anywhere. Farah looks on as Wilson gets right in the face of Frederick, Wilson explains that he has put a chip in their watches that enables him to transport them wherever he wants. He asks Farah where he thinks they should teleport Frederick. Taken in by Wilson’s persuasion, Farah explains that they should send Frederick back to 280 BC and let the Romans have him. Wilson looks at Frederick and says it wasn’t him it was the kid. With a press of a button Frederick is sent to 280 BC.
As soon as he arrives in 280 BC he is attacked by Romans and nailed to a wooden structure, he is whipped until he is killed.
The Strategist Azrael (Robert Knepper) feels a presence appear behind him. He turns and greets Gideon, he asks what he owes the pleasure. Gideon tells him of the task he was sent on. He asks for some ways to approach the capture of Wilson. Azrael tells him that he has seen a scenario in which Gideon, Jean and Abraham all die painful deaths. He adds that the only way to succeed in taking down the rogue Wilson is by killing him. He explains however, Wilson may not be there only concern, which is as much as he can say. Gideon is left to figure that out on his own. Gideon leaves the strategist and returns to Jean and Abraham precisely as he left.
He explains to them what the strategist had said to him. Abraham is curious as to what the greater threat is. Gideon says they can figure it out later, as for now, they need to leave the White House. The three of them link arms and disappear. Re-appearing in an abandoned building. The three of them search it and find nothing, they decide this is the place to stay and sleep for the night.
Back at CONTROL HQ Vincent (Graham McTavish) tracks the whereabouts of his two missing Cleaners, Frederick and Farah. He is stunned to learn that both of their watches have been meddled with. He can no longer find either cleaner. He searches for ways to correct the issue but it cannot be done, he is not worried however as he believes cleaners are easily replaceable. He instead watches over the footage of Calvin Minos (David Dastmalchian) in his cell. Minos just sits in there staring at the camera, he makes a slicing motion at the neck and begins laughing. Vincent turns the screen of as he gets an alert.
Gideon is shown as a hologram to Vincent, Gideon explains that he has spoken to the strategist and was told that the only way to stop Wilson is to kill him. Vincent tells him to do what must be done, then ends the call.
Farah and Wilson leave the bunker as they hear commotion coming from the outside. Two men not much older than Farah talk with weapons in hand. Wilson whispers to Farah and tells him to prove his worth, kill the men. He asks what with and Wilson simply points to his head (brain). Farah walks up behind the men, he snaps one of their necks, the other turns around. With his machete in hand he swings at Farah, Farah dodges that one, but the man kicks him to the ground. The man walks closer to Farah ready to kill him, but Farah sweeps his leg, getting him to the ground. He grabs the dropped machete and jumps onto the man killing him. Wilson walks into screen clapping. He presents to Farah a badge that says Controller. Farah seems pleased with himself, as blood comes down from his face, he smiles big.

Plot: Gideon (Lance Reddick) rallies Jean (Chloe Sevigny) and Abraham (Jonathan Majors) and tells them to get ready they must continue the hunt for Wilson. They look to Gideon and ask where exactly Wilson is. Gideon tells them he had been told by the Strategist and Vincent that Wilson is located in a bunker near the white house. Jean, Abraham and Gideon decide to go searching straight away before the president is murdered.
Wilson (Jackie Earle Haley) tells Farah (Mena Masoud) what needs to be done to complete his plan. He explains to Farah that he will need to return to CONTROL HQ. Farah looks at Wilson confused. Wilson tells him that he wants Farah to return to HQ and say that something went wrong, and his watch broke. He then adds that for his plan to work, he needs all of the anomalies. Farah nods his head, he knows what he must do.
Cut to a close up on Calvin Minos’ (David Dastmalchian) face. He knows the cameras are on him and he starts singing in a creepy tone, “Once I caught a fish alive”. He laughs hysterically. His cell door then suddenly opens. In front of him stands Farah, Farah tells him to follow him. Along with a few other anomalies they link arms. Just as they are about to disappear Vincent (Graham McTavish) sees them and yells out to Farah. All Farah does is smile and wave at him. Vincent is seen visibly angry, he is asked by another controller where they think Farah is, Vincent says he has quite an idea.
Gideon, Jean and Abraham are searching an underground bunker, it is eery and dark. They all here noises and become even more vigilante. From out of nowhere they are attacked by rioters from 2030. The three of them easily fight the rioters off. A huge group of people come around the corner with guns and baseball bats. They charge towards the controllers, some are struck down by the controllers laser like bullets, but others use cover. The controllers decide to do the same, a gunshot flies past the head of Abraham and he is a bit shocked, this is really life or death. The three of them manage to overcome the odds, but at what cost they have all needed to kill. They decide to leave the bunker before more men and women come.
As they leave the bunker, a newsflash comes on a hologram. It states that the president is holding a conference in front of all who wish to see 2 days from now. Gideon says that if they are going to act they need to do it quick. Suddenly Gideon gets a call from Vincent. Vincent show on hologram and tells the three of them that their task has suddenly became more dangerous, he reveals that he thinks Wilson has brainwashed Farah into joining his cause. He also adds that Farah has broken out all of the anomalies, even Calvin Minos. Jean doesn’t know what Minos has actually done. Abraham fills her in. He has killed 2 controllers, he has also murdered 6 other people in cold blood and was never caught by police, he is no-one to be messed with, Gideon ends it by saying he is a psychopath. Wilson applauds Farah for breaking in and retrieving the anomalies. His plan is shaping up. One of the anomalies tries to attack Minos straight away, but Minos dodges him and begins biting his ear off. Wilson looks away as Farah looks on. Anyways, says Wilson. He tells the anomalies that he has a plan and if it Is successful they will be free from the Control of the grey suits. Minos says he f***ing hates those guys. Wilson laughs and tells him to join the line. Minos, Farah, Wilson and two other anomalies remain and walk into the underground bunker.
Vincent stands before, The Strategist Azrael (Robert Knepper), the architect Veronica (Natasha McElhone) and the Curator (Harris Yulin). He asks for their guidance in the retrieval of Wilson, Farah and the anomalies. Azrael tells him the exact thing he told Gideon previously. He asks Veronica for the layout of 2030 Washington she replies with the same thing she did to Gideon previously. The Curator looks toward Vincent and tells him that the defeat of Wilson and his anomalies will come at great cost to CONTROL. He states that to defeat them their will need to be great sacrifice, not just for CONTROL, but that the president must die. The three of them tell him they have spoken and disappear. Vincent gears up and gets ready to go to 2030.

They look to Gideon and ask where exactly Wilson is. Gideon tells them he had been told by the Strategist and Vincent that Wilson is located in a bunker near the white house. Jean, Abraham and Gideon decide to go searching straight away before the president is murdered.
Wilson (Jackie Earle Haley) tells Farah (Mena Masoud) what needs to be done to complete his plan. He explains to Farah that he will need to return to CONTROL HQ. Farah looks at Wilson confused. Wilson tells him that he wants Farah to return to HQ and say that something went wrong, and his watch broke. He then adds that for his plan to work, he needs all of the anomalies. Farah nods his head, he knows what he must do.
Cut to a close up on Calvin Minos’ (David Dastmalchian) face. He knows the cameras are on him and he starts singing in a creepy tone, “Once I caught a fish alive”. He laughs hysterically. His cell door then suddenly opens. In front of him stands Farah, Farah tells him to follow him. Along with a few other anomalies they link arms. Just as they are about to disappear Vincent (Graham McTavish) sees them and yells out to Farah. All Farah does is smile and wave at him. Vincent is seen visibly angry, he is asked by another controller where they think Farah is, Vincent says he has quite an idea.
Gideon, Jean and Abraham are searching an underground bunker, it is eery and dark. They all here noises and become even more vigilante. From out of nowhere they are attacked by rioters from 2030. The three of them easily fight the rioters off. A huge group of people come around the corner with guns and baseball bats. They charge towards the controllers, some are struck down by the controllers laser like bullets, but others use cover. The controllers decide to do the same, a gunshot flies past the head of Abraham and he is a bit shocked, this is really life or death. The three of them manage to overcome the odds, but at what cost they have all needed to kill. They decide to leave the bunker before more men and women come.
As they leave the bunker, a newsflash comes on a hologram. It states that the president is holding a conference in front of all who wish to see 2 days from now. Gideon says that if they are going to act they need to do it quick. Suddenly Gideon gets a call from Vincent. Vincent show on hologram and tells the three of them that their task has suddenly became more dangerous, he reveals that he thinks Wilson has brainwashed Farah into joining his cause. He also adds that Farah has broken out all of the anomalies, even Calvin Minos. Jean doesn’t know what Minos has actually done. Abraham fills her in. He has killed 2 controllers, he has also murdered 6 other people in cold blood and was never caught by police, he is no-one to be messed with, Gideon ends it by saying he is a psychopath. He explains what the president has done to the great nation. HE points out the obvious things saying that America has become a war zone. A jungle if you will. He says that he has a master plan in taking over the country and he needs all of their help to get there. He adds that if they don’t comply well, they will suffer the consequences.
Gideon (Lance Reddick) stands with Vincent (Graham McTavish), with Jean (Chloe Sevigny) and Abraham (Jonathan Majors) in the background (earshot distance away). He argues the point that letting the president of one of the worlds leading nations die will be detrimental to the world. Vincent looks upset at Gideon, he tells him that he obviously didn’t do his research on the year 2030. He pulls up a hologram, it shows that the USA are most definitely not a world leading country. They are the leader in homelessness, the leader in poverty, hunger, starvation and death. He states that after the war in 2025, the US has not received help from any nation. Gideon is shocked and even apologises for not reading into 2030 enough. He says that letting an innocent man die however is ethically immoral. Vincent scoffs and says there are no good men in 2030, before walking away.
President William Evergreen (Ty Burrell) paces in the Whitehouse practicing the speech he will be giving to the world tomorrow. He talks about having faith in humanity and that he is sure that the United States will be back to the top and prospering once more. He lets out a smile as he is happy with his speech.
Vincent now speaks with Jean, Abraham and Gideon. He tells them all the plan that as soon as the president is assassinated they need to strike and take down Wilson and the anomalies. He adds that there is no chance of backup from the rest of CONTROL as he believes no-one can be trusted as of now. He laments that Wilson is the priority the rest of them are collateral. They can be terminated, but only as a last resort.
Wilson pulls Farah and Minos away from the others. He tells them that they are only to trust each other, not the other anomalies. Wilson has taken a liking to Minos due to the fact that he attacked the other anomaly so viciously. He states that if anybody stands in there way they are to kill them. As he says this, banging can be heard. A huge mob breaks into their bunker. The mob have weapons, like bats and maces. Wilson hands Farah and Minos each a machete.
Jean, Abraham, Vincent and Gideon are talking tactics when all of a sudden a mob surrounds them. They know they are in for a big fight. They can’t run from this one.
Cut between the two different fights, Wilson’s crew are slicing through the mob, with a few anomalies being killed. Cuts to The Controllers being swarmed by the mob. One hits Vincent multiple times with a baseball bat before he is overpowered by Jean. Vincent, Jean, Abraham and Gideon gun down the remaining mob members. Abraham runs to Vincent, blood from his head, who says he is ok. All he says is that he is getting too old for being in the field.
Wilson walks away from the lying bodies, wiping the blood from his machete. He places his forehead on Farah’s and then on Minos’. The only three that survived that battle. He tells them that it is almost time for them to kill the president.

He walks to another room to patch himself up. The other three ensure that they are all ok. Abraham is upset that he has had to kill so many people, Gideon tells him it was either them or us.
Wilson (Jackie Earle Haley) walks through a tunnel, followed closely by Farah (Mena Massoud) and Minos (David Dastmalchian). They walk with their machetes in hand, an eery silence surrounds them. They reach a new bunker with tinned food all around. Wilson tells the two of them to eat as tomorrow is the day. Farah and Minos look at each other then start eating the food. Wilson gets a buzz coming from his wrist. He seems to be reading something, a sinister smile comes to his face.
THE NEXT MORNING
The four controllers rally around one another and talk gameplan, Vincent says that they must wait until the president is dead to attack. They all link watches and teleport to the White House, arriving in a secluded room opposite the president’s main office. They decide to wait here until Wilson arrives.
Wilson, Farah and Minos talk tactics for killing the president. Farah and Minos, both blood thirsty simply want to go in and kill everyone, Wilson laughs at them and says it won’t be that simple, the controllers will be crawling around the place. Farah asks how he knows and he says it’s just a hunch. They start walking, and eery silence follows them again, until they reach the end of the tunnel. Wilson says that the White House is just there and they climb through a manhole to get through.
Vincent stands and walks away from the other 3 controllers, he goes into the next room, Jean asks the others if they think something seems off with Vincent, Gideon puts it down to rustiness in the field. All they can do is wait.
Wilson, Farah and Minos sneak their way through the white house corridors, as they are going through the halls some security see them. A fight ensues between the guards, Farah and Minos. Wilson watches on as the two easily kill the guards with their machetes.
President Evergreen walks into his office, Gideon sees him through the door of where they are. He taps Abraham and Jean and tell them to get ready.
Wilson, Farah and Minos reach the president’s office. They walk in calmly and dispose of his security, the president is terrified. Wilson walks slowly and sinisterly toward the president, he then looks to his right and begins to back away. It’s shown to be Vincent aiming a gun at him. Vincent shoots Wilson in his leg. He then looks to Farah and Minos, Farah looks angry and attempts to lunge at Vincent but Minos tackles him to the ground.
Gideon, Abraham and Jean react to seeing Vincent in the room and wonder why he stopped the killing of the president after all he said. The three of them run into the room.
Evergreen looks scared of everyone, Minos and Farah at this point are covered in blood still tussling for control on the ground.
Wilson looks up to Vincent and smiles, Gideon yells at Vincent asking why he stopped this all. Vincent looks at him and said he hasn’t stopped anything. Vincent shoots the President in the head. Gideon is shocked that the person he admires most would do this. Wilson sees this look on his face and laughs. He asks Vincent if he’s told Gideon yet. Gideon yells and asks what it is he hasn’t said. Wilson then begins to explain that the war of 2025 all started because of Vincent. As soon as he says this Vincent shoots Wilson dead.
Minos is on top of Farah and stabs him through the heart. He jumps up and Vincent calls him over. Vincent explains the whole thing, he had Minos kill Controller Antony, as Antony knew all about 2025. He explains that due to all of them knowing, Minos will have to kill them to. Minos charges at Abraham with his machete, Abraham raises his gun but Vincent shoots his hand, making him drop it, Jean tries to intervene as well but Vincent shoots her dead. Minos slices Abraham limb by limb, Gideon tries to help out but Vincent tackles him to the ground. Vincent wraps his arms around Gideon and sets a location on his watch the two teleport away. Minos is still slicing at Abraham as Abraham lets out loud screams, until silence. Minos stands with blood over his face with a huge smile. White House guards walk into the room and see the carnage, they shoot Minos then and there.
Vincent and Gideon stand 6 feet apart in what seems to be the place of the meeting between, the strategist, the architect and the curator. Nothing else is in the background however except for darkness.

Plot: Gideon (Lance Reddick) and Vincent (Graham McTavish) stand apart and stare daggers at each other. Gideon looks around. He calls out for the strategist, the curator and the architect. Vincent laughs and says it is no use. The sentients are dead. Gideon questions this, who did it? Vincent smiles and says that he did. He felt that Control needed a little push in the right direction and the only way to do that was to get rid of the sentients. Gideon also questions him on the 2025 war. Vincent tells him he is starting to sound like the curator. He says that the war was inevitable he just changed the chess pieces. Gideon, shocked to hear about the sentients and the 2025 war charges at Vincent, he tackles him to the ground, suddenly they disappear.
The two of them reappear at the Control Headquarters. They are separated again, Gideon looks around and questions how he got here. Vincent explains that the little trinket that he gave him was actually a device that allows him to control his teleportation’s. He can send him anywhere. He presses a button and Gideon disappears. Vincent smiles but he suddenly disappears too.
The screen flashes, Gideon looks around at destruction and realises where he is…2025. He scurries to find shelter. Vincent also appears and wonders how he ended up exactly where he sent Gideon. Gideon comes out of cover and tells him that he too implanted Vincent with a device, he was starting to become suspicious of him. Vincent tries to find his device and throws it to the ground, as does Gideon. The two engage in a fist fight, although older, Vincent knows more about martial arts and begins to get the upper hand. Suddenly the American army marches toward their position. The two see this and scurry to the side. Gideon disappears and transports himself to the other side of the road. He can still see Vincent, however he sees another man scurry in the background, he realises it is the other Vincent, the one that started this war. He checks the date and realises it is only a day into the war. He teleports once more, a day earlier. Vincent sees he is gone and panics slightly, he also teleports away.
Gideon reappears in the exact spot a day earlier. He sees Vincent running in the distance, he knows it isn’t the one he was just fighting because he doesn’t have the battle scars. He gets down close to him and yells out to him and tells him to stop. Vincent turns around and asks what Gideon is doing here. Gideon says he knows what he is doing here, Gideon tells him he doesn’t have to do this, and he doesn’t need to start this war. Vincent looks at him and says the war is inevitable. Gideon goes to attack him but the other Vincent appears. Gideon fights both Vincent’s. Both Vincent’s are getting the better of him but he manages to teleport away. He grabs his laser gun and shoots down at the Vincent’s. They each dodge the lasers. Gideon teleports back down and fights them again. He places a teleportation device on present day Vincent, he send him away, leaving him to fight 2nd Vincent. The two have a brawl. Gideon begins to get the better of Vincent. Gideon begs him not to do this. Vincent fights back and gets up. Gideon apologises to him and pulls the trigger on the laser gun. Vincent drops dead. We go to Control HQ where Gideon sent Vincent. We see him drop to the ground and simply disappears, he was erased from existence.
Screen Flashes White…
Gideon is back at Control HQ, the 2025 war only lasted 1 month thanks to him and it resulted in a lot less casualties. He is now the leader of the Controllers. Standing before him is Controller Abraham (Jonathan Majors)and Jean (Chloe Sevigny). He tells them both that due to Vincent being taken out before the start of the war, they have been saved, however as have Wilson, Minos and the many other anomalies.
Abraham and Jean tell him they will get straight to work on rounding them up. Gideon tells them no, he has bigger plans for them. Gideon tells Abraham that he would like him to become The Architect, he knows layouts of places better than anyone. He looks to Jean and asks her to be the new Strategist. They look to Gideon surprised and say that they would be glad to do so. Gideon congratulates them and the two disappear.
We end with a meeting between The Architect Abraham, The Strategist Jean and the new Curator Gideon. They are working on bringing all anomalies in to Control HQ.

Plot: Gideon (Lance Reddick) and Vincent (Graham McTavish) stand apart and stare daggers at each other. Gideon looks around. He calls out for the strategist, the curator and the architect. Vincent laughs and says it is no use. The sentients are dead. Gideon questions this, who did it? Vincent smiles and says that he did. He felt that Control needed a little push in the right direction and the only way to do that was to get rid of the sentients. Gideon also questions him on the 2025 war. Vincent tells him he is starting to sound like the curator. He says that the war was inevitable he just changed the chess pieces. Gideon, shocked to hear about the sentients and the 2025 war charges at Vincent, he tackles him to the ground, suddenly they disappear.
The two of them reappear at the Control Headquarters. They are separated again, Gideon looks around and questions how he got here. Vincent explains that the little trinket that he gave him was actually a device that allows him to control his teleportation’s. He can send him anywhere. He presses a button and Gideon disappears. Vincent smiles but he suddenly disappears too.
The screen flashes, Gideon looks around at destruction and realises where he is…2025. He scurries to find shelter. Vincent also appears and wonders how he ended up exactly where he sent Gideon. Gideon comes out of cover and tells him that he too implanted Vincent with a device, he was starting to become suspicious of him. Vincent tries to find his device and throws it to the ground, as does Gideon. The two engage in a fist fight, although older, Vincent knows more about martial arts and begins to get the upper hand. Suddenly the American army marches toward their position. The two see this and scurry to the side. Gideon disappears and transports himself to the other side of the road. He can still see Vincent, however he sees another man scurry in the background, he realises it is the other Vincent, the one that started this war. He checks the date and realises it is only a day into the war. He teleports once more, a day earlier. Vincent sees he is gone and panics slightly, he also teleports away.
Gideon reappears in the exact spot a day earlier. He sees Vincent running in the distance, he knows it isn’t the one he was just fighting because he doesn’t have the battle scars. He gets down close to him and yells out to him and tells him to stop. Vincent turns around and asks what Gideon is doing here. Gideon says he knows what he is doing here, Gideon tells him he doesn’t have to do this, and he doesn’t need to start this war. Vincent looks at him and says the war is inevitable. Gideon goes to attack him but the other Vincent appears. Gideon fights both Vincent’s. Both Vincent’s are getting the better of him but he manages to teleport away. He grabs his laser gun and shoots down at the Vincent’s. They each dodge the lasers. Gideon teleports back down and fights them again. He places a teleportation device on present day Vincent, he send him away, leaving him to fight 2nd Vincent. The two have a brawl. Gideon begins to get the better of Vincent. Gideon begs him not to do this. Vincent fights back and gets up. Gideon apologises to him and pulls the trigger on the laser gun. Vincent drops dead. We go to Control HQ where Gideon sent Vincent. We see him drop to the ground and simply disappears, he was erased from existence.
Screen Flashes White…
Gideon is back at Control HQ, the 2025 war only lasted 1 month thanks to him and it resulted in a lot less casualties. He is now the leader of the Controllers. Standing before him is Controller Abraham (Jonathan Majors)and Jean (Chloe Sevigny). He tells them both that due to Vincent being taken out before the start of the war, they have been saved, however as have Wilson, Minos and the many other anomalies.
